Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do NOT accept returns on acccesories, sale items, or gift cards. ALL REFUNDS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. There is a flat fee of $7.95 to purchase a return label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on accessories, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Again, refunds are only in the form of store credit. Please allow up to 5-10 business days once we receive your return, to be processed — you will receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete.

Submit a return request 1. Log in to your account: 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days, once we receive your return, to be processed.
Once we receive and accept your return through the portal, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Please note, there is a $7.95 flat rate fee for the return label. Sweet Jude Boutique will provide the return label, but it is at the customer’s expense.
Once the return is complete, we will issue you an electronic gift card to the email associated with your order. The email will come from sweetjudeboutique@gmail.com.
